Kingston Romeo Mmolawa
Executive Chairperson
- Kingston Romeo Mmolawa is the Executive Chairperson of Food Bank Botswana, were he is providing mission-based leadership, strategic governance, and oversight. After spending his early career in the banking and FMCG, Kingston became a social entrepreneur and formed Food Bank Botswana in 2014. Kingston serves as a trusted advisor to the Country Director in partnership with the board to develop and implement FBBTs strategic plan. He is a humanitarian, philanthropist, nutrition champion and a sustainable food systems activist.
- Kingston serves in the National Task Force Team on Food Based Dietary Guidelines, Multi-Sectoral Committee for Food Security & Poverty Reduction, National Nutrition Technical Working Group, Botswana National Food Systems Dialogue Technical Working Group and Home Grown School Feeding Program Committee. Kingston is a Human Resource practitioner by training.
Gobusamang Keebine

- Mr Keebine is the President of the business community mouthpiece, Business Botswana, and Patron of Food Bank Botswana. Mr Keebine is the Chairman and Managing Director of Inter Cargo Services, ICS Travel & Tours and ICS Aviation. He is a seasoned transport and logistics expert and consultant, with over 30 years’ experience in aviation. He has previously worked Botswana Couriers as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Keebine is a Member of National Aviation Security Council. He has over the years amassed a wealth of experience in corporate governance from his service in various Boards including Co-Charing the High Level Consultation Council Chaired by His Excellency the President.
- Mr Gobusamang Keebine holds a Masters degree in city planning from Boston University.
Mrs. Tshepiso Nkate

- Tshepiso Nkate has over 7 years’ experience in Botswana Capital Markets and has recently joined the Development Finance Landscape. She kick started her career in 2013 at FinCraft Investment Management where she served as Portfolio Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Client Relations and Research Manager in 2017. Through these roles she gained experience on portfolio Management, research analysis as well as client relations. Tshepiso proceeded to join Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency in January 2020 as a research analyst until November 2022.
- During her tenure as research analyst, she conducted both the baseline and feasibility research along identified sectors and subsectors to inform decision making. She currently serves as an Investment Officer at Botswana Development Corporation, a role she assumed in December 2022. In pursuance of her professional studies, Tshepiso is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA).
Boingotlo Gaseitsiwe

- Boingotlo Mmankie Gaseitsiwe is a distinguished dietician who holds a Masters in Medical Sciences in Human Nutrition and a BSc (Honors) in Nutrition and Biology. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Botswana, having also worked as a private dietician, the principal dietician at Princess Marina Hospital, as well as numerous roles at the Institute of Health Services.
- Ms/Mrs Gaseitsiwe has published and presented three (3) papers over the years, as well as an ongoing research paper, all of which were starring topics of nutrition, food security, food consumption and health. She has served on numerous boards from 2004 to 2018, and is currently a task force member of the development of Botswana food based dietary guidelines, as well as a task force member on curriculum development for establishing a nutrition rehabilitation center at Princess Marina Hospital and Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital.
MD Ghulam Kibria

- MD Kibria is a development expert having extensive 30 years of experience working in 6 countries from Asia-Pacific (Bangladesh, Thailand and Vietnam), Africa (Namibia and Botswana) and Europe (Denmark) in the field of Agricultural and Rural Development particularly in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management and Integrated Agriculture-Aquaculture (IAA) including Livestock sector. MD Kibria has been recognized with many International and regional awards, among then, he had been awarded 3 UN-FAO awards, Best Commonwealth advisor.
- MD Kibria holds BSc. in Fisheries and MSc. (Fisheries) from Bangladesh Agricultural University.
- Currently working in the Botswana Ministry of Agriculture as a Deputy Permanent Secretary-Aquaculture and Inland Fisheries
Keene M. Sonny

- Keene is a University of Botswana graduate holding qualifications in Life Long Learning. The program is 5 multi-disciplinary and embraces areas such as education for social responsibility, approaches to rural development, community engagement & volunteerism, social transformation & community education, and lifelong learning. Keene is a Co-Founder of FBBT. She has experience of extensive participation in community outreach, committees and extra-curriculum activities. Keene possesses excellent verbal communication and excellent t administration skills.
- Keene is hardworking individual with a solid background in law enforcement. She is passionate about providing opportunities for people to grow and overcome and become their best versions. Keene is also passionate and usually volunteers her services empowering woman. She is currently serving as an independent Board Member for Food Bank Botswana.
